Redelijk lang moeten wachten tot het toekwam en ipv 100000 mAh heeft de powerbank een capaciteit van 20000 mAh.
Betrouwbaar bedrijf vriendelijk klantenservice. Klachten worden gelijk opgepakt en snel afgehandeld.
Ik bestelde dit toestel in mei 2024. De eerste zending bleek verdwenen te zijn. Een tweede zending kwam toe : de powerbank had een vermogen van 20.000mah ipv 100.000 mah.
Een led lamp werkte niet. Toestel na mail binnen de 30 dagen teruggezonden. Eerst kom deze bij Bpost niet geleverd worden, Werd daarna laattijdig afgehaald niet tegenstaande de verkoper een link kreeg om het pakje te volgen. Na meerdere mails kreeg ik bericht dat de retour ernstig beschadigd was en vuil. De powerbank werd hier nooit gebruikt en in de originele verpakking teruggezonden. Het lijkt er op dat de verkoper er gemakkelijk wil van onderkomen. Zonder vergoeding of een nieuw toestel te leveren.
